To get your username and password for ftp transfer contact customer service or your lab rep. cs_feedback Lab Phone 800-777-0221 Ftp demo/shareware software is available for download: PC or Mac; BulletProof http://www.bpftp.com Download and install the BulletProof Client unless you already have software and are familiar with it's use. Start BulletProof. It should open to an empty Site Manager window. If not, choose Site Manager from the menu buttons, far left. You will need to enter the following information. Press the New Site Button and enter this information Label for site: Pechman Test FTP host address: ftpzapp.pechmandirect2.com FTP site user name: ******* (contact lab for info) FTP site password: ******* (contact lab for info) FTP site port: 21 Login type: Normal Click Connect This will start the connection. NOTE: The FTP site user name and password are both lower case sensitive and seven digits each. The password is two alpha characters followed by 5 numbers. In the left middle panel below the Desktop Folder label. Navigate to find the folder you want to send to the lab. Click this folder to highlight it, then click the Upload button. This is a folder icon with upward pointing red arrow, near the middle of the top row of buttons. The transfer will begin. You should now see text in the lower panel describing the activity. It will indicate when the transfer is complete. It takes about one minute to send one or two megabytes of data. After the transfer is complete you can quit Bullet Proof. You now need to send an email to the lab telling us you have sent files and what you would like us to print. end the email, AFTER you have finished the ftp, to: Realtime@pechmandirect.com This lets the system know you have done a successful upload of the file.
